Deserves an award ... Emmy? for playing Max on Homeland

Geez, how is it that no one has made a single comment about what a great acting job Maury Sterling has done as Max Piotrowski on Homeland. Just like Carries says in one of the episodes, "I took him for granted" I think the character Max so so great and so key to this show and Maury did the role so well he was like a force of nature rather than a mere actor.

Of course the writing of the character and the circumstances made the role, but Max was really perfect, the one average guy normal character who loves his country that anyone can relate to.

Since this is the last season of Homeland, I am really going to miss it, and the Max character as well. Hoping for good things from Maury Sterling in the future.
