i have a strange question...the mark thats on dylans left cheek...is it a scar from something or a birthmark...you cant always see it ...not lookin to close or anything hee hee hee

It's a birthmark.

It's just a discoloration which is his birthmark.

If Dylan Sprouse gets any hotter, he will burn my retinas from looking directly at him.
