It is well known he got with underage girls at his concerts, younger than 16. I know it was a long time ago, so really shouldn't be an issue now. I did hear the girl Heather Haase from the movie Hard to Hold, she had very few scenes with him, made comments in the early 90's how Rick was inappropriate with her, staring at her, even had a kissing scene that he kept messing up so he would have to kiss her (on the lips) several more times. She was uncomfortable, and she was 11 in that movie.
