Great actor. So many good movies.

He is indeed a fine actor - there's a great deadpan quality to his acting style which makes his characters memorable.

I am already fairly certain that I won't see a better ensemble cast this year than that of Parasite, and Song is a major part of the reason why.

saw Parasite about a week ago and really liked it

saw The Good, The Bad, The Weird last night which was a lot of fun

Song was great in both

I've only seen "Memories of Murder", but I loved it. Every bit of it. He, and the rest of the cast, did a great job.

What are his best films? I've seen The Host, Parasite, Thirst, JSA, Secret Sunshine, VEngenace trilogy.

Have I missed any other essential Kang-ho films?

just saw The Good the Bad the Weird in which he's very good and quite funny - fun Western

Pretty much anything he's in. Drug King, Memories of Murder, The Host, Howling, etc. My favorite Korean Actor!
