Did Ian make surgery to correct his stick out ears?

I'm asking because we can see them very well in his old pictures, but there's been a while since they're apparently gone.

Nothing wrong if he did, I guess we all have the right to do whatever makes us feel better. And he is handsome both ways. I'm just curious…

It's just his haircut. When he has hair that doesn't cover his ears you can see his ears. If it's longer over his ears, like it has been in recent years, you can't see them.

Yeah I was wondering the same. I don't believe it is the haircut though, definitively had something done to them. Strange, seems like a little thing, but that really changes his appearance
