I'm usually not one to post on topics such as these, but why did her brother say their father is jewish and their mother is black...if they're creole? Just curious.

Maybe because her mother is creole. Usually in jewish families, the child is considered jewish if the mother is jewish and that's prolly why it states only that she's creole. Jewish isn't a race by the way also, so it's possible for both parents to be black.

I didn't say it I'm just quoting her brother. By the way their father is white jewish according to her brother. That's all I'm saying. Saying she's creole period is kind of like denying the otherside if you catch my drift. Not a big deal really.

he didn't say their father is white jewish, he just said he's a black jew. That could just mean that he's black and his religion is judaism. I thought that their mom was black and from new orleans and the father was white jewish from new york. that's on wikipedia. but i saw a pic of the mom and she a beautiful chocolate woman.

Or it could mean that he's a jew that happens to be black. Either way, he'd be jewish.
