Should've won an Oscar for Temptation

Yea.. a lot of people who religiously watch Tyler Perry movies.

She played good but in a bad movie.

She is good and has the experience being in front of the camera because she was doing it since she was 5. She should so out for more roles mainstream that involve action and romantic comedies. Doesn't seem like her agent is doing her justice. Although True Blood was a good move.

Look at Zoe Saldana, her skills or appearance isn't any better than Jurnee but she got herself into Star Trek & Avatar and now she's a star and Hollywood is throwing roles at her left and right.

Agree, she was awful.

I liked "Temptation", but I am not sure it was Oscar-worthy. She did a good job with what she had to work with...and she had a fine guy playing her husband in that movie.

I wonder if she boycotted the oscars because her movie was not nominated? Hmmm...

Nah she was better in eve's bayou. Brandy should've been the lead of Temptation.
