shareI'd say The Visit is almost his remake of The Happening. It's The Happening with everything done right. The comedy, the weirdness, the suspense; all the things he was aiming for there (but couldn't quite achieve) he gets with The Visit.
All the stuff that was awkwardly thrown together in The Happening comes together beautifully now.
