Democratic party: Really not all that inclusive

I have heard the Democrats ramble on about celebrating diversity and being inclusive for many years now but in reality I have noticed that most of them really aren't. This guy Michael Shannon is really just one of the few who has been full blown open about it. The Democrats are really quite ageist in their thinking and they routinely bash the elderly and anyone who doesn't share their viewpoints, including minorities who don't share their viewpoints, also Christians, southerners, rural people, etc, regardless of their beliefs. It is their way or the highway on most things. I can understand being intolerant of intolerance, but often they accuse people of being intolerant or racist when they really aren't. They often consider anything that doesn't sing them praises as being racist or intolerant. They are like little children who need a parent to guide them all of the time. I am certainly not saying that Republicans are tolerant or anything like that, and many aren't, but at least they don't go around telling everybody to be tolerant and celebrate diversity and inclusiveness like the Democrats do.
