Well, sounds like he's playing Captain Haddock in the new Tintin movie. Should be entertaining, although I'd have picked his LOTR co star John Rhys-Davies myself!

Maybe they can make him look the part, but I have a problem with his voice. It's not very "captain-like." If you've ever watched the Tintin cartoon series, David Fox's voice is exactly what he should sound like.

I think he will be good for this role. hes really good at doing voices, just look at his role as the cook in King Kong.

he was called stumpy or something.

Like pulp fiction47 said this is the most important casting. If they bugger this up, the movie is ruined. Huge fan of Tintin that I am, I'm very sceptical about this.
