Is Gollum returning for the sequels?

Is Andy Serkis returning for the "The Hobbit" sequels? I don't really know the full story of the book.

He shouldn't. However Andy is credited as Gollum in the hobbit 2, so they've obviously written a few additional scenes to bring him in, as he is such a popular character.
