I could watch an entire film just devoted to Caesar with Andy playing the role. He's simply mesmerising and so emotive. He steals every scene he is in and has me emotionally involved in the character at every turn. He deserves the highest accolade.

they don't need to create a new award, they could just give him a special achievement oscar. think the academy have forgotten they exist though as they've not given one out since 1995 for toy story
