What's your point? The victims don't dictate the punishment in America the justice system does. If it were left up to the victims then you would probably have nearly every person that killed someone executed and every convicted rapist dead as well. So who care what the victim thinks, she was a 13 year old girl when it happened and you would have never listened to a 13 year old telling you how long to sentence a person after a trial.
He needs to be returned and do his time. If he had never fled the country after his guilty plea then he would have already been long out prison probably out in a few years time. Instead he ran like a scared little turd, hell he didn't even man up and just put a bullet in his brain to make amends, he just ran and hid.

I'm sure she probably didn't have a huge problem with it when it happened either given the amount of drugs and alcohol he plied her with she probably didn't remember much more about what happen than one of Bill Cosby's victims remembered.

shareHe didn't serve his time, he wasn't sentenced yet so it wouldn't matter if he had been in a psych hospital for 20 years being evaluated, you cannot serve a sentence that has never been officially handed down from the courts. He fled before sentencing so he never served any of it what is still an unknown sentence. If they drag the whimpering pedophile into court, then and only then will a judge give him a sentence.
