He SO does!! Came straight here after watching ep 3 of Sherlock (late to the party) and all along was thinking "Is that Ant...?" But now that you mention it he does look like the-baby-they-never-had.

LOL, yes I've thought this since I first saw him in Sherlock.
I think he looks like Sam Rockwell based on the link given but I can also see him being a blend of Ant & Dec.
