Known for playing Howling Mad Murdock from The A-Team and Reginald Barclay from Star Trek: The Next Generation. He is also known for his voice work.

Designed all the T-shirts his character "Howling Mad" Murdock wore on The A-Team (1983) and called it his consistent contribution to the series.

Nice to know he's still around. Everytime I see one of these page bumps of a star famous in a different Era it make me think they might have died.
