But he only came across as a jerk. A typical asshole boss who became bored and edgy when he couldn't make the step to Hollywood. A horny unattractive man slightly sexually abusing his position of power due to teen years inferiority complex.

Basically a person with common flaws who ended up in a position of power over young girls.
A pedo? No.
Ephebophile? Sure but that's not a paraphilia(it's normal for heterosexual males to be attracted to teen girls)
A rapist? No, at least not from what's presented on the series.
A monster? No.
A racist? Not more than your average person.

He's the only one who came across well in the Brian Peck case.
