Is he the voice of the talking baby in the E*Trade commercial I always see?

That's a really good qestion..I took a look at some of those commercials and it sounds like him....maybe its not?

but I dunno, the voice is different in the newer ads, so... still could be.
Aren't they going to make a movie about the E*Trade talking baby?
I mean, it's possibly the worst idea in the history of, not just cinema, but the world.
Kinda like how that Geico Caveman TV show did so well. Wait...
Though the voice is vaguely reminiscent of Martin's, I highly doubt he is the voice. Just my opinion though.
