Yes, he looks a LOT like Snake (or Big Boss). However much I may loathe Metal Gear as a game, if Hideo Kojima ever gives the green light to a Metal Gear Movie and doesn't fricking get Uwe Boll to direct it, he'd be the most obvious choice for looks.
But his talent in acting would be lost in a character that would only ever nod and either repeat what others say in question form or ask "what does that mean?".
