Interesting idea. The Right though, even the ones who recognize Bernie's genius, which includes Donald Trump, call him Crazy Bernie.

Why doesn't he run as an independent? That's what he is. I don't agree with most of what he says, but I'd like to see at least one competent person in a presidential debate.

Not sure how that would work, but those of us on the left can only dream of a race between the centre/centre-right (i.e. the present DNC) and a genuine leftist, rather than the 'two cheeks of the same ass' contest that presently exists.

He should retire. He's lived off the taxpayer's teat for far too long.

This is part of the problem in American politics.... we keep these fucks around forever and wonder why nothing changes. For the most part these assholes can fuck the tax payers hard and get away with it because the voters don't have the balls to tell them to fuck right off. We need people to say no more career assholes and no more children of assholes living off their asshole last name's legacy.
