I saw this movie on TV, and if i had to guess, I would of said she was about 17. Obviously she wasn't, because of the nude scenes. Now I see that she is 26 and that means she was about 22-23 during the filming. That's hard to believe. She looks 19 the oldest.

Actually, it does matter. Even if it was filmed outside of the US, if she wasn't at least 18, it would be considered child pornography and wouldn't be allowed to be shown in theaters or tv. Also the movies would have been illegal to sell in the US. So it matters.

Anyway, I just watched "8 women" and I thought she looked 12 in that film, was playing 16, and she was 24!!!
She just manages to look very young. Lucky girl...

When I saw her next to Jeremy, I didn't think she was much older than he was. I was shocked when I found out she was 24! :D

Well there was even a story about this child actor Jeremy having a crush on her and ending up very disappointed when he discovered she was not his age at all but a lot older than he was, his mother going to see Ludivine to explain the problem fearing for his son etc... LOL

Actually that only applies if it's portreyed in a sexual nature. If the nudity can be justified to be either artistic or natural and not sexual, it can be allowed from the age of 16, though I think this may only apply in england.
For example, Olivia Hussey was only 17 when appearing topless in Zefferelli's version of Romeo and Juliet. This was allowed however because it was the morning after and she wasn't doing anything sexual, and the nudity was brief.
For another example, Keira Knightley was only 15 when she was nude in The Hole. This was allowed because again it was brief, and the film wasn't released until she was 16. In cases like this I think the parent's consent is required.
Remember folks, nudity doesn't have to be porn!
