The Germs broke up early and had no commercial success obviously. Their music was unlistenable lol. But on the LA scene they were legendary. I knew Smear was in Nirvana but he has quite the resume. After all these years I've come to the conclusion that Foo Fighters were sellouts. But that's the natural progression of successful artists.
