For long lived Vulcan, the actor has very. Visibly aged. At least when Nimoy made his appearance on TNG he was still able to pull it off

I had that thought too. Tuvok was only around 100 in Voyager and Vulcans live 200 to 250 years or so, so 20 years later during Picard, he shouldn't have looked much different. They should have dyed his beard and hair.

Can't really blame Russ. He is pushing 70. Glad he made the effort though.
