No respect for "Freedom of Religion" or 5th Commandment

This man just showed he has no respect towards religious freedom before the Academy Awards. He protested outside of a Catholic Church. Sunday is a time for prayer and he interrupted it. He just proved he has no respect for "Freedom of Religion".

He should have remembered this.

ETA: I was also thinking about the 5th Commandment which says "Remember the Sabbath Day" and I thought he wasn't respecting that, but I have moved on. I forgive Ruffalo because that is the right thing to do.

Little man liberal - well, I protest male, wannabe-black actors who are under 5'4, whine about injustices against blacks, but shows up anyway because he's all talk and no action. Shut up little man!

I do not wish horrible things would happen to Ruffalo, but it's just that what he did kind of hurt my feelings. I am very close to God and I felt he was showing disrespect towards my faith.

Rich White Liberals are the worlds biggest hypocrites

Standing on his soapbox bashing the system that made this little man very rich. Will Mark give up roles or massive paychecks for people of different back grounds? Of course not but has no problem telling other people what to give up

As someone pointed out on the Spotlight board I was also bothered that Ruffalo was protesting on a Sunday, which is the most important day of the week because it is written in the Ten Commandments, "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy". I had been gone from IMDB for a while because I was fed up with Ruffalo and the movie. I have high-functioning Autism and I perseverate over things sometimes. I am a sensitive individual and personally felt that Ruffalo was attacking my faith. However, now that I have read what Cardinal O'Malley and the Vatican's response to the film and sought help from professionals; I am ready to move on and stop fixating on everything that happened earlier this year.

He is free to protest just like you are free to worship. Stop your whining.

Religion should be illegal. Good for him.

Lenin, Mao Tse Tung, and Kim Jong Un would agree with you, comrade....
