He is a complete moron. Check this out: A few days ago he was in Detroit to protest the water shut off that the city is doing to people who don't pay their bills. He says water is a right. It is but who pays for the sanitation, the maintenance and so on to keep the water clean to drink? Also, the people who haven't paid in over 3 months are the ones who get their water shut off. If for some reason they can't pay their bills because they can't afford it then the city set up a payment plan. He is an idiot. Everyone is making fun of him here in Michigan. The vast majority support the water shutoff. The water department is over 98 million in debt and now that Detroit is bankrupt the accounting books are open and they found people using water without paying their bills. He comes into the city like he knows what he is talking about. Food is a necessity, does that mean it's okay to steal food? He embarrassed himself.

I am not a fan of Israel and the way they treat Palestinians, but what he said about Hamas is so ignorant that he has become a bigger joke every time he opens his mouth.

well, we can argue about israel for hours but at least we can agree this guy is a douche

He is beyond a douche. I mean, to say that Hamas doesn't do what obviously is reported is beyond ignorant and to assume that people don't have to pay their bills for a consumer good (which clean water is) would lead chaos. Imagine if people didn't have to pay for food either? It's scary that these are the kind of things that Hollywood elitist really believe and they have the audacity to lecture us like we are two year olds. I guess only they know better what is going on in the world than we do.

He's wise, he knows Israel has been brutalizing Palestinians for decades...some of us realize the truth and we are tired of Israel getting away with the murder of innocent men, women and children. It's horrible that the world just turns a blind eye to the war crimes of Israel.

^ Exactly. More and more people, not just celebrities, are starting to wake up and look through this Zionist facade that Israel is just a tiny country surrounded by evil Arabs that want to drive them into the sea, mostly thanks to social media which has undermined a lot of the narratives the corporate media are trying to push but as of now are starting to be of no avail.

One of my friends on facebook shared the status update of one of his friends - of whom I'm not linked to except through him - who happened to run into him on in London today and she posted the following:

H[named snipped for privacy] and The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) meet on Kensington High Street.
Below is an excerpt from a 20min discussion:

H: Bless you for all your pro-Palestinian support on Twitter.
Mark: Ah it's no problem. You should see all the hate I get for posting all of that. ... Honestly I'm disgusted by all the dehumanization of Palestinians. How can anyone believe that anyone would would put their own child in front of a bomb? Hey, if you got some time, do you mind if I ask you a few questions?
H: Sure.
Mark: Who are Hamas? .. Do all the Arabs/Muslims support them? .. Why won't Egypt help the Palestinians? .. What's in the Hamas charter?.. What's the history of the conflict? .. What's the history of Gaza? .. Are there non-violent movements that the media isn't reporting on? ..
H: (answers all the questions)
Mark: I hope you don't mind that I've asked you all of this. I just really want to learn. Can you please send me all the things you recommended for me to read/see? Here's my email. I'll share it.
H: Absolutely. The number one thing is to check out the Electronic Intifada.
Mark: Intidafa?
H: No intifada. It means 'resistance', 'uprising'...
Mark: Haha wow that's a cool name.
H's cousin whose first language isn't English hands Mark a bracelet: Here Mark, please wear my garter.

In conclusion: the most honest, decent, caring, down to Earth, respectful Hollywood star I have a ever met. Both artist and human. Jah bless!
He doesn't seem like a douche to me. Just someone reacting in a human way and trying to learn as much about the situation as he can.

So Hamas is the one blowing up hospitals, killing civilians with their army that is among the strongest in the world because of the endless military supply and support from the United states?

With an army like Israel's, you should be able to pinpoint where ever these laughable rockets are being launched without so much as hurting a fly or just keep a watch for the skies and shoot the rockets before they even reach their maximum altitude. 1600+ civilian deaths does not really support the already weak notion that your defending yourself from the people you have been occupying and oppressing for decades.
