A New Role for Brandon Routh?
There was a book written in the 1980s that would lend itself to being a great movie thriller and Routh would be perfect as the main character. Previous movie versions are unrecognizable and only insult both the story and the author, and it's time that someone takes this project on and transfers it into the blockbuster movie it was meant to be. The novel is Watchers by Dean Koontz. I don't know the legal ramifications involved or why Mr. Koontz allowed his best work to devolve into such a travesty (money only? - however he says it's his favorite) but this adventure deserves adherence to the story line and the best possible cast and crew to make the dream of many readers a reality. So to everyone who found encouragement and inspiration in this novel: say a prayer, make a wish, cross your fingers, that someday we'll be able to enjoy Travis, Nora and Einstein on the big screen.
