As Merle on the Walking Dead

Good job, Michael Rooker. I am constantly impressed by how believable and sometimes even redeemable you make the characters you play. Fantastic episode on The Walking Dead tonight on "The Sorrowful Life" episode.

Well-said. I just posted in Norman Reedus's board for the same reason... these two have been so entertaining to watch, and Rooker is a huge part of that.

I've loved his characters and his acting ever since seeing him as Rowdy in Days of Thunder... and his character in The Walking Dead "Merle" has been superior.

Thanks for so many wonderful moments on the show, Michael, and I look forward to seeing you in your next projects!!!

LISTEN! ... Do you smell something?

I said this on another post but (spoilers)

Killing Merle off, as amazing as his death was (I also thought him getting punked by the Governor, even though he had that HUGE *beep* help--Come to think of it, that guy basically is the reason the Guv was able to down Merle, otherwise Merle would've gutted the Governor, he was definitely stronger, and MErle was shown to beat that guy who's even bigger than he is in cage matches-With one hand!-But two of them, after all the huffin'n'puffin' and killing and all the wear'n'tear and booze, etc....damn....I REALLY hope Daryl takes out that guy he shared the smokes with, since he killed his brother along with the Governor, who is either Andrea's, Rick's, or Michone's kill, it might be a wildcard, the three I see are Carl, Daryl (that would be epic, but the writers might feel that makes Daryl almost as important as Rick and Michone and Carl, which they might wuss out on, even though he is), or possibly Tyrese. I really think Tyrese might do it as a way of FINALLY getting into the group. I was REALLY looking forward to Tyrese and Merle interacting.

Since Tyrese is big enough to give Merle a real go-for-it.
