Has come a long way since freaks and geeks
I'm talking about just in terms of ability, obviously he's grown in fame by a tremendous amount since then. Watching that show I didn't really see anything special in him but 5 years later in 40 year old virgin he was stealing scenes. He's shown dramatic chops since then and may get an oscar nom for jobs. Much respect, he worked hard and it paid off!
