What happened to letting adults make decisions for themselves?

Whether it's "misinformation" or not, can adults decide on their own what they listen to? Are we really this infantile?

They want you to think it matters to give the illusion that the people still hold some of the power. Imagine if people thought that they had no recourse. There would be chaos a la BLM riots and Jan 6

I do. I make sure not to eat too much at Thanksgiving dinner so I still have room for pumpkin pie during the late football game.
