Wow, a lot of old stars need to have someone bump their visibility. The alien guy from "The Day The Earth Stood Still", Klaatu. All in all a forgettable movie, except that it wasn't for some reason. Original better than the Keanu Reaves remake.

We don't talk about the unfortunate remake of The Day the Earth Stood Still. I understand the benevolent aliens, the aggressive/destructive/evil aliens, but asshole aliens (although never done before IIRC) just doesn't work - at least it didn't in the remake.
For me, it’s one of the greatest sci-fi films ever made... I never bothered watching the Keanu version.
I also like Rennie in 5 Fingers, the superb spy thriller with James Mason and Danielle Darrieux.
I completely agree that too many old stars have empty boards on here...
I like Rennie in Demetrius and the Gladiators and those old movies.
The old movies are a lot more interesting than 99% of the new ones.
