Mr Refn, please see this: helm "Blood Meridian". You are the favoured filmmaker to pull off this darkly beautiful story, that I don't think anybody else has the aesthetic eye for. It needs to light up the screen, and you're the artist for it.
shareIm so against the idea of that being made into a film, but if it were, I wouldn't want anyone else handling it besides him. Also, I would love to see him do an adaptation of Last Exit to Brooklyn, I know that hes a tremendous fan of that book and im sure he was just as disappointed by the 1989 adaptation as I was.
