Huffington Post Condemnation (AKA B*LLSH*T)

I find it difficult to take the Huffington Post seriously. The most woman-leaning, most biased news media rag on earth, second only to maybe HLN, condemning this brilliant, ingenious director as misogynist is laughable. There is nothing misogynist at all about his films.

His writing for women may be thin at times, but misogynist is just blowing everything out of proportion. One I always see used for this ridiculous misogyny argument is Bleeder. One's character is abusive toward his wife, and the other woman in the story is just simply wrought.

If the story is about men, does that make it anti-woman? If it involves an abusive a**hole, does that mean the director is the same way? NO. It's drama. If The Feminazi Rag can't handle the thought of spousal abuse happening in drama, or that the woman isn't the savior of the whole story, then perhaps they should get out of the business of critiquing films.

Honestly, they're overuse of the accusal of misogyny and sexism is covering up any actual misogyny or sexism in reality.

(Oh, and in the case of they,re renewed accusal of "Only God Forgives" being misogynist, Crystal was a powerful woman, psychotic but powerful).
