If he were to adapt a video game into a film...

What do you think his style would be perfect for?

I personally think He'd do great adapting Bioshock into a film.
Maybe Shadow of Colossus as well. Both have a great atmosphere that I feel like are very similar to what he's done.

Silent Hill 2,

Much potential in this game, and I think he has the right style to pull it off without simplifying it or giving it a hollywood twist.

The visual style for the actual SH movie was good but the plot itself was way off in my opinion.

With the symbolism, mania and brooding, eerie darkness present in SH2 I think it would be right up his alley.

I'd love to see a movie of Shadow, couldn't think of a director I'd want to see it done by. Refn could do it visually and atmospherically, but I'm not sure story-wise. I'd like to see a dream team for that one if it were possible. Say, Malick for the visuals, Del Toro for the FX, and perhaps Danny Boyle or Aronofsky for the story. Plus of course a studio who won't come in and cut it to crap:)

malick would be a great one for shadow. I have also been thinking of Tarsem for that too. I love his style

It would have to be something angry and trippy, very gory and creatively his own.

I'm tempted to say something like Hitman (not that I've ever played it).

"Only God Forgives" is GENIUS. The Critics are morons who will eat their words. Count on it.

Forgot about Tarsem, good one indeed.

He'd do a great 'Manhunt' adaptation.

Hotline Miami, without a doubt.

It's practically Drive: The Videogame.

GTA or Twisted Metal. Either one would turn out brilliant.
