Apparently he's been attached to the project (which has a brilliant premise) and I cannot think of a better director to do it justice. As long as Ryan Gosling isn't part of it (great actor, but I really don't think he's suited to this one....can't see him as a working-class Brit somehow).
This is now number one on my project wishlist!
I was thinking he could handle a project like Dredd 2. Though I definitely agree, something like a killer cop would definitely be up his alley.

Haven't clicked the link but with the other commenter mentioning Dredd I take it you mean the Wagner/Ransom comic from J.D:The Megazine? I liked that story a lot at the time, the twist in the second arc was a bit lame, though. Overall a cool comic, though.
