Drive was one of the WORST films that I've ever seen.

Drive is garbage, it could have been a classic but landed on the hand of a guy that decided to make one of the ebst itnros to a movie that suddenly changed into a teen melodrama for the entirety of the move, absolutely laughable how mediocre it is. I feel sorry for College to put out the soundtrack for this. It had a good intro a cool jacket and that was about it.

This director is so inconsistent and overrated. Aside from bronson and the danish version of Pusher his movies have been a complete joke or a bore. Valhalla Rising was abysmal after they made it to that grassy island for the last 40 minutes or so and it suddenly turned into a commercial for some random nordic area. Guy cant keep a steady suspense throughout his movies they all fall flat at some point. how he went from that amazing crime movie intro into the teen melodrama scrap boggles my mind.

This movie is like Donnie Darko, a movie with some cool quirk and aesthetic setting to hide how simple teen/love melodrama it is. Atleast Donnie Darko was somewhat consistently entertaining, this movie however consistently borders between pretentious, weak, unengaging to utter dissapointment in execution. I have no idea how this movie has scored so high ratings, but atleast God Forgives and Neon Demon showcased afterwards what a hoax overrated and inconsistent director he is.

Haha The Neon Demon is probably my favorite film. Next to 2001 a Space Odyssey, Spirited Away and Black Swan. I think it's perfect. Bronson and Drive are great. Only God Forgives is better after you know exactly what you are watching.
