I don't know if she smokes or not but that looks like a tissue.

No lighter, but I see some soft white and sort of tubular white things in her hand. After careful study of the frame, I've determined it's tampons.
But then again, who knows? And moreover, who cares?

Definately looks like a cigarette and the bottom of a cigarette lighter. My lighter looks the same on the end.

Of course she smokes! She claims to be vegan, yet she admits she broke her three year vegan lifestyle for a pair of boots!

She's a phony.
