Missi's 'Break' in showbiz

I first saw Missi in the 2004 episode of Two and a Half Men (A Bag Full of Jawea) as Miss Pasternak, Jake's teacher (a reoccurring role). I have also seen her in Boston Legal and The Mentalist.

Looking over her filmography she has been a busy actress (1996 to present), but the role of Miss Pasternak is what will always stay in my mind.

For me it was Big Fish. She was one of many great character actors in that show that I did a "hmm....I know her/him". I've been watching for her ever since.

Two & Half Men as Ms. Pasternak. I've seen her in several shows & movies since then but she is always Ms. Pasternak.

...or Galaxy Quest

Loved her in Bachelor Man, but Galaxy Quest is the bigger movie, more people saw her in it. Also Bringing down the house, with her fight with Queen Latifah.

Television : The people medium, for medium people.

Ohh snap, that's right Galaxy Quest, that's prob when I first saw her too. How she keeps getting into this pretty big projects I don't know. Gone Girl is going to be HUGE and she's got a decent part in it.
