I think this is the sexiest I've seen her! She totally ROCKS the black hair and hipster frames. She was also my favorite character on the 70's Show, besides maybe the Dad (who I'll always remember as Robocop's first nemesis)! DID NOT LIKE HER on the Chelsea Handler bio-com, but this is the best I've seen of her! Too bad she won't be returning though. :(

I just jumped on the OITNB bandwagon recently but now it makes sense that black hair, black glasses and tats is the lesbian look of 2013! Thank God we got past that epidemic of lesbians with the Beiber-esque side-swept-fringe... I don't think any straight people noticed!!

She is ridiculously hot in OITNB though... even as part of an international drug cartel she could be my ideal woman now!!
