bland and uninteresting, ill take chris pine anyway over this guy.

Disagree.
I thought he was actually quite good in Passengers.

Agreed, I thought he was impressive in that movie.

Bland is right. Watching Passengers, he's got the same expression on his face the whole time. I believe he thinks he is being "deep" or "emotional." He's kinda one-note. For each human expression, he has the same face for either one. So maybe three feelings/thought patterns overall. Sad, angry, satiated. That's all. Not a very complex being... I get the feeling he's pent up with disregard for people, as a personality actually...
