When an actor nails an out of character role so impeccably like he did in Breaking Bad it sticks with you, so when I see "Jesse Plemons" in a cast list I'm immediately interested, and I'm sure casting directors are aware of that.

I haven't seen him in much, but he's absolutely outstanding in Fargo.

Maybe he's not a great actor (I happen to think he's pretty damn good), but he's certainly not anything below decent.

C'mon - Kirsten Dunst was the standout performance in season 2, but Jesse more than held his own. I had no opinion of him as an actor when I first saw him in Breaking Bad, but it's clear to me now that he's pretty good.
