She was CLEARLY 16 when she started the whole pop star thing back in 1998 - which would make her birth year...1982. This ad was from 1997, how old does she look in it?

Billie Piper has about the same chance of 'faking' her 'real' age without British audiences knowing as Jodie Foster or Drew Barrymore would without American audiences knowing. When someone has been in the public eye pretty much since childhood, they can't really fake their age.
