Amazing what makeup can do

I'm sure, given the title, this is just an intentional makeup job in this photo:

But I never thought I'd see her looking so bad!

She looks like a plastic surgery nightmare, there. Even her normally sexy eyebrows are thin and wimpy.

I look forward to seeing recent pics of her without the "hooker makeup" - hah! Although I do wish she'd go back to brunette. She's much more attractive without the false bleached hair.

That's the fault of the BLEACHED HAIR, not the eyebrows

Thick eyebrows are very sexy and expressive on a woman. However when the hair is bleached and the eyebrows are not, it makes something look "off".

As I mentioned, Billie is a much more beautiful brunette than a bleached blonde, even though her attractiveness still shows through the artificial-looking hair.

Except for in that hooker photo, of course.

Most of what you guys are noticing is a very harsh side lighting which does nothing to flatter at all! Though I agree that the MUA could have chose to work with some better colors or techniques. When you get paid to do makeup 90% of the time you have to do it how they (in this case director,etc.) want it, not how it would look best.
