i'm trying to catch up on newsroom right now. in the episodes i'm watching now it looks as though alison was chewing on a pen and it exploded in her mouth...is it my TV or does her mouth look weird? Thanks!

You're not alone. My husband cannot stand the woman mainly because her mouth is distracting it looks like a black hole. I think he mouth is just a little larger than most is all. Her looks are ... unique. She's not ugly but she is not what would normally be described as beautiful, at least not on the newsroom.

Thank you! I just started season 2 (Watchathon is the best!!) and I've been wondering what is up. She looks almost sickly and very different from season 1. I'm hoping it just has to do with what Maggie is feeling and going through. And your description puts into words what I was thinking. It does look like a pen exploded.
