This is far from the biggest Trans-tragedy. Ever heard of ''Cherice''?

The story of Cherice broke my heart in half literally. We know transgenderism is a mental illness but this has to be the saddest case. She had the most beautiful singing voice possible, cherubic looks and a bight career in the USA. Her father was murdered in the Philippines (she was born and raised there) and shortly after this happened she decided she was ''trans''. She changed her name to ''jake'', went through all the operations and now looks 100% male. She can no lnger sing in that same beautiful voice as she did when she was female.

While the Ellen Page case is a bit sad too, it's nothing like this.

at least they had the decency to add this line to her..is.. resume
"(known as Charice Pempengco prior to his gender transition)"
Elliot on the other hand was apparently born as Elliot Page.

Not really

His voice still sounds good because his technique and style is the same. The only difference is that it sounds like a lower, male version and his career is still going strong. How is this a “sad case”?

Look up Holden Madagame, a literal opera singer who went from a successful mezzo soprano to an equally successful tenor. Testosterone doesn’t ruin the voice, it simply lowers it the same way it would for a cis man.

broke my heart in half literally

I’m thinking it wasn’t “literally” broken in half. Sorry, I know my post is off topic, but I just hate the word literally. 😂 It’s become the most overused and most incorrectly used word in the English language. It’s pointless.

I agree with the rest of your post though.

If your heart were “literally” in 2 pieces, you’d be dead.

You might want to reconsider.
