R.I.P. aged 96
The Greek actress Irene Papas has passed away, after a number of years suffering from Alzheimer’s.
She was memorable in Zorba the Greek and The Trojan Women. R.I.P.
I watched her in The Guns of Navarone the other day and she was very striking - RIP
