Oh Jared......

Let me start by saying I LOVE Jared. And Jensen. And Misha. And Supernatural. But for the love of God man, get a damn haircut.

The longer his hair gets the more I keep expecting him to bust into a boyband type dance move. The hair does nothing for me. I'm a hair stylist and I can't watch Supernatural without wanting to tie Jared down and cut his hair! (Ok, not just cut his hair but you can imagine where I'm going).

Jared, if you ever look at these boards, please, please, PLEASE, as a huge fan of you and Supernatural, go find a hair salon and get it cut, styled and cleaned up, you're starting to look less hip and more homeless...... said with love!

To be honest, there is absolutely nothing wrong with his hair style, it's Jared's style. If the guy is happy with the way his hair is then it's his choice. He has a wife and kid, I'm sure she's not bothered by his long locks.

To be fair it balances out Sam and Dean more, one with the longer hair and the other shorter hair.

Being a guy I don't know what other women think, but I'm sure there are some women out there that think the same as you, while others love his long hair. You can't sadly please everyone.

I love his hair. Of course I love guys with longer hair anyway, especially if it suits him. I like the later episodes where it is longer than the earlier episodes where it was shorter and shaggy.

I know Jared himself wanted to cut it but keeping it for Sam, Jensen wants to grow his but keeping it short for Dean

I'm watching supernatural all over again starting from season one (for the 100th time) but I'm noticing he's super buff in season 4 & 5 but by the most recent season he is so lanky and skinny.. any one else notice??

Being a daddy will do that to ya. Less free time for the gym.
I ovo loved his being buff. But I did prefer him season 8/9 when he was a LITTLE leaner.

Oh and to get back to topic, NOOO!!! Get the scissors away from jared luscious locks. Haha. I personally love his longer hair. Maybe not 'beginning of season 8' long. But I love his hair style.

I noticed it at Comic Con but not in SPN. Less time at the gym or more coke, who knows?

I don't think he's taking the protein shakes that he was when he was bulking up for demon blood!Sam, and as someone else pointed out, fatherhood seems to have changed his workout routine.

More recently, he had shoulder surgery this summer, and that definitely put a crimp in his workout routine.

He's still very well-built and in good shape. I think the change is easily explained and not something to be concerned about.

I loathe the way he wears his hair now. It's a man bob and it's hideous! I don't have a problem with the length, it's the style. Get some layers please!
