In scenes where she is required to be athletic in Captain America: Civil War, it appears she is going to drop after running a few yards and doesn't give a powerful vibe at all. There's only so much CGI can do before it becomes painfully obvious it was required to help the actor become remotely believable.
Is she dating someone with pictures of Stan Lee or something? So many other female actors with more potential for the part.
Her powers don't come from physical ability.

Scarlet Witch has never been an athletic character, she's not meant to be. Why would you need to be "athletic" when you can fire powerful energy blasts, form force fields, move heavy objects with your mind, etc...
And if all it took was the last name Olsen to get cast in big, blockbuster movies, than the other two in her bloodline with the same name would've been.
They tried getting into acting in their early adult years and never got beyond supporting roles in fairly small movies.
She gets cast in big films now because the majority of people, including fans and people within the industry, think she's awesome. She made a name for herself giving solid performances in quality indie films and started to get roles in bigger films.
