Bravo on Grey's Anatomy
Jason's latest performance in Grey's Anatomy (bear attack - tumor guy) was so touching. The role had him bouncing between genuine tearful grief and loss and then turn into a lewd jerk totally without warning. Jason carried it off beautifully. Especially the heart wrenching sadness.
As possibly one of Jason's oldest fans - back to the Berkeley Square and Dublin theatre days, I am excited to see him in anything. Jason's theatre performances in both Popcorn and The Homecoming - absolutely awesome! Between his theatre and TV roles, this guy is never going to be stereotyped like some actors. For instance, Bruce Willis and Will Smith, both of who I enjoy immensely and always go see but their characters are always the same guy just with a different name.
Jason has a new TV pilot called Life On Mars which is a USA remake of the British version in the works for ABC. The fate of the new show is to be decided very soon, this month I believe. The Sam Tyler character is a multi-leveled, mixed up guy that is a perfect fit for Jason. Hope to see it on the fall schedule.
