Jason was on two ABC shows that I liked "Injustice" and "Life on Mars". I thought the shows were good and he did a good job in both shows. I can't remember why Injustice was canceled. I can't remember if it was because Kyle MacLachlan went on to do Desperate Housewives or if Injustice was canceled and they moved Kyle to DH. I wish ABC would have given LOM another year. I think by year 2 it could have gotten better ratings.

shareABC cancelled In Justice for the same reason Life on Mars is being cancelled, low ratings. Although In Justice didn't have chance because they aired the show on Friday evenings which is a death wish for shows. At least LOM received the slot after Grey's Anatomy. The only problem is the demographics are way off, Grey's female oriented and LOM is more male oriented. Hence the change in time slot and demise competing against CSI: NY and L&O.
ABC generally sucks all around.
I think it's that ABC just sucks. Jason was great in Life On Mars. Never saw him in Injustice.

The network refuses to give new shows the time they need to build an audience.
Time and again they have gone this route--they live for reality shows.
