They look nothing alike. The actress's middleman is Emily. The one on ESPN's middle name is Michelle. REN was born 1/8/80, with the last name Nichols. RMN was born 10/18/73, with the last name Alexandrr. REN married Michael Kershaw in 2014. RMN married Max Nichols in 2001, and took the name Nichols.
