I was just thinking one of my favorite non-Trek roles was when she played the mother in Snow Dogs. It wasn't a big role but she did it well.

Definitely beautiful, and got the chance to play a major real life role model, so yes, she will be remembered fondly. Seems like she didn't do a lot more acting.
